SoulWork Studio's "CultureWork" supports arts ensembles, organizations, and university programs to engage the principles of SoulWork towards organizational culture change and community building, vision planning, inclusive curation and programming, and intercultural training workshops on Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (AR-DEI) Workshops.

3-hour professional development and community building workshops that are collaboratively customized and designed to address the most pressing topics for your program and/or organization.

Rehearsal dinners work best as a series implemented over time - with a minimum of 3 gatherings - to allow for deeper, braver, and safer engagement.
