The READY Intensive Track introduces the principles, ethics and theories of SoulWork to guide artists towards developing an ongoing (vs. product-driven) studio practice for nurturing connection between creative impulse and social consciousness.

READY is recommended and repeatable for artists working complete the 100 contact hours required for the RETURN Track.

For SoulWork Practitioners

RETURN

The RETURN Intensive Track deepens SoulWork learning for artists working towards proficiency of practice and implementation in their professional work. RETURN is recommended and repeatable for ongoing training and professional development.

RETURN is available for artists who have completed at least one READY Intensive and/or 100 hours of SoulWork Training. If you believe you are eligible and have not received an invitation email, please contact the Studio.

For Advanced SoulWorkers in Certification Training

REMIX

The REMIX Intensive Track provides advanced training and customized coaching for SoulWorkers who are in training to become certified practitioners and facilitators.

SoulWork @ HBCU: Summer-Fall 2025

SOULWORK @ HBCU

Black graduate students are often the only Black creatives in their MFA/PhD programs or have limited opportunities to train in a culturally-specific studio environment. The SoulWork @ HBCU Intensive is designed for graduate students to engage the principles of SoulWork and explore the artistic geneologies of Black performance traditions through an on-site studio intensive at a Historically Black College or University. It includes:

    Unlocking Creative Freedom and Power through SoulWork
    SoulWork Artistic Genealogy Mapping
    Guest Workshops/Lectures by Black Arts Educators and HBCU Professors
